Delete your Knotli account

You can delete your account yourself from inside the app, at any time, without contacting us. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.

From the app

1. 1Open Knotli and go to the You tab.
2. 2Tap Settings.
3. 3Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. 4Confirm. You'll be signed out once it's done.

If you can't get into the app

Email support@knotliapp.com from the email address you signed up with, or tell us the phone number you used. We'll verify it's you and delete the account for you.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, sign-in identity, and device tokens.
• Your answers, check-ins, moods, photos, messages, drawings, and game history.
• Your link to your partner. They keep their own account and their own data; shared content stops syncing.
• Your subscription record with us, including any referral months.

What deletion does not do

It does not cancel a subscription billed through the App Store. That's managed by Apple, not by us, so cancel there first if you don't want it to renew: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Anything already paid stays active until the end of its period, even after the account is gone.
